خلاصه مقاله:
Background: The purpose of this study was relation of emotional intelligence and inefficient career among employers of physical-education department of AhwazMaterials and Methods: For describing the relationship between emotional intelligence, its components (evaluating & expressing emotion, emotion regulation & operation) & burnout in employers of physical-education department of Ahwaz, the researcher used surveyedmethods & the statistical population was 260 employers of physical-education department of Ahwaz & also used random sampling The descriptive statistic (frequency, percentage, mean& standard deviation) & deductive statistic (regression’s analyzing test as step by step method) & for analyzing data was used SPSS software (the meaningful level is considered P≤0.05) Results: showed the summery of multiple results of regression & it was showed that therewas multiple relationship between emotional intelligence’s components & burnout a evaluating & expressing emotion components were good prospector for job/work satisfaction. there is negative relationship between inefficient career & Evaluating & expressing emotion in meaningful level test of (α≤0.05) noticed to the statistics test (r=-0.53) & (P=0.000) & attention to (r=-0.60) & (p=0.000) between inefficient career & emotional regulation there was negative meaningful relation & also there is negative meaningful relation & also there is negative between exhaustion & emotional intelligence Conclusion: The results of regression’s analysis showed that there were multiple relationships between the emotional intelligence components with burnout in employers of physical-education department of Ahwaz
