خلاصه مقاله:
Background: The aim of this study is the investigation of the model of business excellence of Tabriz football clubs in the Azadegan league of Iran (based on EFQM model).Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive- analytic one and it has been done by means of a fieldwork. For determining the business excellence in football clubs, 82 managerand employees evaluated their clubs in the year 2011-2012. A questionnaire with 50 questions of business excellence based on EFQM model was used for gathering data. Consists of 2 part named enablers and result. The degree of reliability of the business excellence questionnaireused in this study was calculated 0/86. Results and Discussions: Results showed that there is no significant difference betweenthe manager and employees viewpoints (p=0/07). Also there is no significant difference between the manager and employees viewpoints (p=0/559). But in the case of the relationship between result and enablers, results obtained showed that there is significant relationshipbetween result and enablers (r =0/835, p = 0/01). Conclusion: Considering the findings of the present research, it is shown that Leadership andkey performance result orderly assigned the highest score which means that Iran’s soccer clubs should pay more attention to the relation with their employees and, local and national society
