Background: The purpose of present study was discussion of management problems of privatized athletic facilities in northern Khorasan and Razavi Khorasan province. Materials and Methods: In this study 150 people statistical sample include managers who have privately invested in establishment of athletic facilities and conduct it or also includeindividuals who have rented these facilities from public or private department in orthernKhorasan and Razavi Khorasan province. This study is from descriptive kind which has accomplished as analytical- surveying. The tool of data collection is sustentativequestionnaire including closed questions having five- option questions as Likert style. To survey nominal and conceptual authenticity of the questionnaire, it was placed in disposal of 12 people of specialists and was confirmed after performing necessary corrections. Thequestionnaire was delivered to thirty people of specialists and after collection, its alpha Cronbakh was calculated and confirmed (0.87).Results and Discussions: Results of this study indicate that most important points of weakness in statistical society is lack of codifying privatization methods in athletic facilities(with .70 potential load), undesirable supervision of public development in construction of athletic facilities and increasing maintenance cost of these facilities after submission toprivate department (with .64 potential load) and few number of accomplished studies in thefield of privatization of athletic facilities(with .58 potential load) and most significant threats, submission of public athletic facilities without respect to individual experience and specialityin auction with highest value(with .68 potential load), lack of political stability (with .57potential load) and unfitness of available rules for privatization of athletic facilities (with.27 potential load). Conclusion: This research concluded that among the threats indices, the assignment of public sports facilities to the highest bid in the auction- regardless of their expertise, political instability, and inappropriateness of existing legislation for the privatization of sport facilities achieved to the highest agreement among the subjects.
