Representing Geographical Data in a Vector for Producing Exact Vector-Based Maps

Map is an important tool that we frequently use in our life. In this paper our purpose is to find a way for representing GIS data by using vector format. In this representation we can access to information which are not available in regular maps. We have generated a flexible platform for GIS data. In order to represent new geographic information, users of maps can insert new data to it.In this technique we have represented almost all the objects in a map by using the block concept. A block can represent almost all constant geographical data including continents, countries, cities, streets, houses and trees. Using this technique, we have acquired a database that uniquely encodes geographical data. Intelligent Searching and flexible structure are the main features of this representation
