خلاصه مقاله:
Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs) are Known as most common drugs used to reduce pain, fever and inflammation. According to this subject synthesis of new medicines based on 3,5-pyrazolidine-dione(phenyl Butazone) are very important for medicinal chemists. In this work a one-pot method for the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-3-oxo-1,2-diphenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrano[2,3,c] pyrazole-5-carbonitrile has been developed.1,2- diphenylpyrazolidine 3,5-diones react with aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in the presence of an organic base sffording tetra hydropyrano[2,3,c] pyrazole structures. Structure elucidation is carried out by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and FT-IR.The mechanism of the formation has also been discussed.
