خلاصه مقاله:
New biopolymeric hybrid nanomaterial consisting of cellulose nanowhisker backbone and a polymeric shell was synthesized by click chemistry reaction. The synthesized nanomaterial was characterized by usual spectroscopy and microscopy methods such as differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Differential light scattering (DLS). This hybrid nanomaterial has potential applications in different field for instance it can be used as drug delivery systems by conjugation of anticancer drugs to the surface functional group of it. To prove the efficacy of synthesized hybrid nanomaterial a tumor recognition module such as folic acid can be attached to the surface of it. The product of this work can be subjected to the receptor mediated endocytosis and release inside the cancer cells.
