خلاصه مقاله:
This study was conducted to demonstrate relation between tour leaders emotional intelligent and their service recovery performance. A quantitative research through distributing questionnaireswas performed to show the mentioned relation in five star hotels in Iran. Self-awareness, Self-management, Social awareness and Relationship management were used for measuring their emotional intelligent and finally show its relation with service recovery performance
