The mission of each organization is bound to determine the working instructions and the instructions in return determine the appropriate organizational structure. An estimated ninety percent of the activities of each organization is common to others leaving only ten percent specialized. Thus, great care should be taken to coordinate this portion of activities with the mission, culture, history and the dialect of that organization. The work output of organizations with systematic and professional management will thus become significantly outstanding.
