Abstract:

The aim of this research is considering the relationship between psychological empowerment with organizational learning at branches of Melli bank in Guilan province. Statistical society of theresearch are 89 branches of Melli banks in Guilan that the sample volume was determined 72 branches by Cochran formula, that 4 questionnaires and totally 288 questionnaires were distributed among 4 branches through simple random method and 273 questionnaires were collected. The result of analysis denotes significant relationship between psychological empowerment withorganizational learning of branches of Melli banks in guilanprovince. Also among parameters ofempowerment, sense of reliance with 0.59 correlation coefficient and sense of competence with0.269 correlation coefficient have had the highest correlation with organizational learning and there isn’t significant relationship between sense of self-determination and organizational learning .Also the result of regression analysis denotes that variables of reliance, significance and effectiveness were the best predictors of the degree of organizational learning at branches of Melli banks in Guilan province.
