خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper a new method for micro-grid reconfiguration in both islanding operation and normal operation using Genetic Algorithm is presented. Autonomous mode is one of the salient features of micro-grids which enables the micro-grids to operate independently. Whenever a severe fault occurs in a micro-grid operating in autonomous mode, the extent of load outages is very high as normally the micro-grid has a simple structure. In order to minimize the number of de-energized nodes, a novel optimization method based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed that restores the de-energized nodes in the micro-grid by reconfiguration using Genetic Algorithm. The optimization problem tries to minimize the switching operations, power losses and the required load shedding. As changing the system reconfiguration and load shedding are applied simultaneously in the proposed reconfiguration strategy, the restoration is performed more efficiently. Simulation results on a sample micro-grid justify the capability of the proposed method.
