This paper presents a new high bandwidth current mirror with gain adjustment ability. This fully differential current mirror, a variable gain current amplifier is designed in 0.18 μm CMOS technology and using BISIM3v3 model for simulation. The current gain of the amplifier can be continuously varied from 0 dB to20 dB while the bandwidth of the circuit remains above 300 MHz.
