Abstract:

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین افکار ناکارآمد با سلامتروانی معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بهبهان در سال 1394 بودنمونه آماری شامل 150 نفر از معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهرستانبهبهان بود که به روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند.طرح پژوهش از نوع همبستگی می باشد ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامهنگرش های ناکارآمدی وایزمن و با (1978) و پرسشنامه سلامتروانی SCL-25 بود برای تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین افکار ناکارآمد در زمینه های کمال طلبی، نیاز به تأیید دیگران، نیاز به راضی کردن دیگران و آسیب پذیری-ارزشیابی عملکرد با سلامت روانی رابطهمعنی داری یافت نشد.
