خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used for the optimization of the parameters of internal model control method to design optimal PID load frequency controller in a deregulated power system under a bilateral contract policy in the presence of all important physical constraints and in the presence of plant parameter variations and wind turbine power fluctuations. Simulation results show the improvement of power system damping and the acceptable performance of the tuned controller in deregulated environment in the presence of all the important physical constraints and wind turbine power fluctuation.
