Abstract:

مدیریت کارآمد زنجیره تامین SCM به یک شیوه ارزشمند و بالقوه برای تامین مزیت رقابتی و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی بدل شده است زیرا رقابت دیگر بین سازمانها وجود ندارد بلکه رقابت میان زنجیره های عرضه است این تحقیق به بررسی مفهومی و توسعه پنج بعد عملیات SCM مشارکت عرضه کننده راهبردی ارتباط مشتری سطح تبادل اطلاعات؛ کیفیت تبادل اطلاعات و تاخیر پرداخته و رابطه بین عملیات SCM مزیت رقابتی و عملکرد سازمانی را مورد ازمون قرار می دهد نتایج نشان داد که سطوح بالاتر عملیات SCM می تواند منجر به افزایش مریت رقابتی و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی شود.
