Abstract:

گندم مهمترین گیاه زراعی از نظر تامین کالری در جهان است که در مناطق نیمه خشک بخش قابل توجهی از آن به صورت دیم کشت می شود. در این مناطق میزان بارندگی معمولا کم و توزیع سالیانه آن نامنظم است و بنابراین تنش خشکی مهمترین محدودیت در تولید آن محسوب می شود. از اینرو اصلاح گندم برای تحمل تنش خشکی و استفاده از معیارهای گزینشی و صفات مناسبت در شناسایی ژنوتیپهای متحمل یک ضروری اساسی است. در این راستا ضمن شناسایی صفات ریشه ای و فیزیولوژیکی درگیر در تمل ارقام گندم مورد مطالعه پروتوینهای کاندیدای دخیل در تحمل خشکی مشخص شوند.
