Following this research is that the role of Islamic culture in the empowerment of staff. The study population consisted of Isfahan is total of 700 officers are stationed in the Isfahan city. The sample size in this study is based on Morgan 200. For use of data analysis software SPSS Amos x-ray results show that Islamic culture has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment.
