Abstract:

رقابت فزاینده دنیای کسب و کار امروز، فرصت هر گونه اتلاف در فرایند را از سازمانهای تولیدی و خدماتی گرفته است . مفهوم نابی در زنجیره تأمین هدف حذف اتلاف را در سراسر زنجیره تأمین دنبال میکند و دستیابی به این هدف شرط بقا در دنیای پرتلاطم امروز قلمداد شده است . اما برنامهریزی برای بهبود نابی سازمانی تنها پس از اندازهگیری میزان نابی سازمانی و از قبل آن شناسایی مانع نابی امکان پذیر خواهد بود . این مقاله به ارائه روشی برای اندازه گیری نابی زنجیره تامین براساس منطق فازی می پردازد . مزیت این روش نسبت به روش های پیشین در وهله اول در نظر گرفتن ابهام در ارزیابیهای انسانی و در وهله دوم سهولت درک و کاربردی بودن آن است
