Abstract:
The main purpose of present research is identifying of relationship between organizational cynicism and burnout of staff working in agricultural organization in lorestan province. The population of the research included 893 staff working in agricultural organization in lorestan province that of which 122 people selected as the research sample through simple random sampling method. Organizational cynicism has been studied based on Anderson model (2991) included dimensions disappointment, frustration, negative emotions and distrust of the Organization. Burnout also has been studied based Maslach research dimensions (1002). Methodology of research is descriptive of correlation type and based on target,practical. Questionnaires have been used to collect data. Reliability of questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha, respectively for the two variables was calculated to be 0830 and 0838. to Test validity, specific content validity, the experts were used. The collected data were analyzed using spss software. Final results of research at 959 showed a positive relationship between organizational cynicism and its dimensions with burnout
