خلاصه مقاله:
The main aim of the present study is to evaluate the relationship of organizational culture with the effectiveness of the professors of Islamic Azad University of Saghez branch. The community of the present study includes the whole professors of this branch during 2112-2113. In order to carry out the research about 126 ones were randomly taken up in this regard. The instrument of the related study is an organizational cultural questionnaire (translated questionnaire of Denison model) and the questionnaire of effectiveness of professors. The results represent the relationship between organizational culture and professors’ effectiveness. According to the regression analysis, Consistency culture with beta 1.451 has the highest impact on the professors’ effectiveness
