Abstract:
despite the importancde of knowledge assessment, most knowledge assessment systems suffer from lack of personalized environment since they provide the same tests for students wighoutcatering to their varying degrees of knowledge. Furthermore they targetstudents in a specific feild of study and knowledge background. this paper aims to address this gap usng a new samantic knowledge assesment framework based on cognitive level of bloom taxonomy in the programming domain SKA . SKA framework consists of assessmenmt module and knowledge based module.
