Abstract:
Waste Management is discussed as one of the main concerns of human societies. The increasing volume on the one hand and variety of waste on the other hand increases complexity of the situation and how to collect and dispose of them. Therefore, special attention should be given to waste management. A decision support system, together with the human mind and computer, support the decision makers. In this study, a software decision support waste management is introduced and waste management's current situation, the ideal situation in waste management and management problems will be investigated in Iran.
