Management role in the quality of different phases of brickwork in residential projects in Tehran

Having standards make our houses no more safe than knowing softwares of Autocad, Safe, Etabs and Sap makes a boy a civil engineer. The disaster of earthquake has always been warned in Tehran. Questions arise as to how much our buildings are constructed in order to standards? In this article, National Regulation of Building of Iran is used as rules and evaluate quality of different phases of brickwork of some projects in some workshops in a wealthy zone in north of Tehran. Even managers of these projects smoothly prefer to pay less money in primary phases. It is observed, first phases of brickworks as workshop mobilization and safety needs more attention. Bright management leads us to better workshops, better apartments to live and more sustainable urban areas
