The architecture of Residential buildings evolves during time, it has been related continuously and dependently with human life, Because in everywhere house has a role in the human life, a house is also inseparable part of human life. That is why architecture of houses also in different civilizations has been followed within various sensitivity and attractiveness. this issue is important because the necessity of its’ sensitivity, has become the main aspect. All nations have tried to show the kind of attention to this issue with symbols and special cultural patterns.Architecture has a relationship with human culture more than any other arts. Human always need something to protect themselves against the environmental influences. The space of architectural house is a specific place in which performed the part of the human life activities, even house has a inextricably relationship with human life. The house is where the human feel more comfortable in their life and probably spend and share the most moments and times, and therefore among the most important of all types of architectural monuments; house is a familiar and friendly with human.The house is a place for comfort of human and responds all the human body and soul needs. Old houses are pleasant and friendly even have a specific proportion, the atmosphere of inside the each houses, speaks through the specific model. However today we have not seen the specific language style and familiarity sense and friendship, and people face with a sense of emptiness in houses. The old houses have established the correct proportion between form and human life style at the same time. But over time it was inconspicuous and inattention to this correct proportion has cause to soulless in contemporary houses.The research has developed through the libraries and the Internet and included in case of the comparative descriptive research method. Thus the facade study course in architecture and its evolution during the period of Qajarian to contemporary architecture and documentation remains to be investigated in review and descriptions.Therefore, among those buildings that considered in analysis from architectural critics, some were considered as abandoned and as ancient; the stylistic information of each was written by library, Internet studies and comparison method. Additionally its’ aims is settings an exact representation of the message quantitatively. Hypothesis If we consider the old house by the relationship of the methods in terms of establishing insights and ideas rooted in Iranian culture, how the house has to be built and what kind of characteristics should present particularly?
