Abstract:

induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCS) can be obtained from autologous cells for therapeutic purposes. So far, many studies have been done to produce induced pluripotent cells. There are several methods to reprogramming somatic cells including use of small molecules and specific pluripotency proteins. In this study, without transfer of pluripotency factors and genetic manipulation , and only with pH treatment in cord blood cells the process of reprogramming the gene expression of pluripotency factors OCT4 ،SOX2 ،NANOG ،REX1 ،KLF4 was observed.
