One of preservatives is Sodium Meta bisulphite that has adverse effects on the health of human beings. In this study we investigated oxidative stress induced by sodium meta bisulphite in kidney tissue and its effect on important renal parameters such as uric acid , creatinine , BUN and total protein in rats and simultaneously we studied the antioxidant impact of vitamins E and C on them.
