Abstract:

Microalgae are a natural source of bioactive molecules, especially for those who want to improve quality of their performance and nutrition. Chlorophyta or green algae are one of the most numerous and diverse, the most scattered microalgae morphologically. Determination of protein content of microalgae can provide important information on the nutritional characteristics of algae and nutritional effects on human health as a treatment to enrich food products
