Abstract:
It can reasonably be argued that the “Internet” is the most liberating invention of all time. It allows us to exchange ideas, consult information resources, and “learn” in a free environment. Literally anyone can create a web site to share ideas and information. This paper describes the usage of satellite communications in conjunction with digital video broadcasting to implement web-based learning.
