Recent studies showed that carbon nanotubes have a high ability to absorb high concentrations of nickel in the aquatic environment. This study were performed to determination of kinetics and rate absorption of Nickel(II) ion in aqueous solutions on carbon nanotube (CNTs) surfaces. kinetic studies were performed by two pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order models. this results showed that absorbance well described by a pseudo-second-order rate model.
