خلاصه مقاله:
The study reported Graphene quantum dot /Ni Fe Al layered double-hydroxide (LDH) composite with capacitive properties that has been prepared by co-precipitation method at the optimized condition. The nanoparticles of composite was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (PXRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The size and morphology of nanoparticles were inspected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
