A rapid and convenient synthesis of N-aryl pyrrole derivatives is described using MWCNTs-SO3H as a recyclable heterogeneous catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation. This catalytic reaction was performed between 2,5-dimethoxy tetrahydrofuran and primary amines. This method has advantages such as; short reaction times, simplicity of the procedure, excellent product yields, easy reaction workup and high purity of products.
