Abstract:

In this paper investigated the pool boiling heat transfer coefficient of pure water on the Aluminum rod heater .used the 5 different roughness to studied the changes of pool boiling heat transfer coefficient and measured the dynamic contact angle in the each heat flux. the range of heat flux is between 0-120KW. The new model is obtained based on the dimensionless numbers of liquid thermophysical properties and roughnesses dimensionless number of aluminum heater .this model obtained by genetic algorithm Technique.Genetic algorithm gives the relationship between dimensionless numbers in new model. the contact angle come from the capillary dimensionless number.this model has less than the 2% absolute error.
