Abstract:

The private banking industry a crucial role in the turnover and movement of capital in the economic activity of companies and countries plays.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of stock indices, currencies and interest on the behavior of depositors in the banking industry and financial performance of private banks listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange has during the years 2005-2010.For this purpose, the review of literature review And then using the analytical method to model the combined data and a panel to examine empirically the impact of changes in variables on financial performance of the private banking industry in Iran.Libraries and study methods for data analysis, used SPSS and EVIEWS. The article refers to the fact that interest rates on short-term deposits and long-term affect The stock index on short-term deposits and long-term effects, but the exchange rate does not affect the profitability of bank deposits as well. The results of this study suggest that investors in the bank's financial review, the exchange rate and stock index and bank deposit rates notice. Also, legislators and determinants of exchange rates and interest with respect to unfold their impact on the level of bank deposits and stock market index, Can with legislation, standards and guidelines developed to improve performance and increase the efficiency of public deposits in private banks listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange help
