Abstract:

In this article, cutout fuse as one of the main safeguard instruments of distribution network will be located simultaneously with the production distributed generations(DG) In fact the main superiority of thisresearch, is to present a technique to locate simultaneously these two means of power that basically have distinctive and different function and nature. The subject function is the issue of minimizing the reliability index. Selecting the reliable index is based on the compromise between the satisfaction of the customer and the seller; So these reliable indexes of the cost of energy not-suppliedCENS2(from the view point ofthe energy seller), the system average interruption duration index SAIDI3 and the system averageinterruption frequency index SAIFI4 (from the viewpoint of the customer)are studied. To prove the superiority of the suggested simultaneous locating its results are compared with non-simultaneouslocating which for this aim three scenarios are proposed: 1) fuse locating then DG, 2) DG locating thenfuse and 3) locating fuse in the presence of DG. The above issue by using the algorithm of optimization of particle swarm that are solute (PSO) and a part of the real network of the country as the main sample of the network is studied
