Role of Entrepreneurship in Development

With today world’s complexity and increasing competition accompanied by fast changes in the international environment and transition from industrial to information society and also from nationaleconomy to global economy, entrepreneurship is known as the driving motor of economic development because it can cause economic growthand development, raise of productivity, employment and social welfare. In the current research with purpose of introduction to entrepreneurshipand its relation with development and some important related issues, brief explanation of definitions, importance and necessity ofentrepreneurship and development and recognition of its dimensions (economic, social, cultural, political) are presented. In the end of thearticle, all above issues are evaluated and presented in the form of discussion and conclusion.
