Planning to Improve Physical Structure of Semnan Historical Urban Texture (Case Study: Historical Axis of Semnan City)

The Semnan province was one of sixteen divided of Avesta in the ancient era whole of the duration for government of medes and achaemenid. This province accounted as one of the biggest state forpartians. Semnan after the periods of Islam was a part of historical regions of Ghomes or Komesh. The historical town of Semnan having relative centrality is an example of an Islamic town. This town enriched by valuable buildings such as Sultani Mosque, Cathedral Mosque,Water storage, bathrooms and bazaar is constructed in congruity with local and social conditions of the town. Historical urban texture ofSemnan city that has relative centrality in Semnan city is a complete example of Iranian – Islamic city in Iran. Inefficient thought abouturban texture caused the greatest damage to its frame and we should look to ancient urban texture as an opportunity in order to while weprevent city destruction, we ascertain historical continuity of city and preservation of city identification and we pay much attention tohuman-pivoted in historical urban texture of Semnan city that human holds priority in it in order to the best environment that is suitable forattention. In this paper, we have tried to investigate the reasons of capital withdrawal from historical urban texture and to mention its impermeable and we have tried to inspect the compiled standards and the program of advisors and cultural heritage administration that have been collected for the purpose of preserving historical urban texture but it is influential in historical urban texture.
