Mechanisms of regulation of commercial activities in variable demands of the global economy

One of the most important side of market mechanism which is important to educate is commercial activities . As the evolution of economic relations the level of commercial activities is also increasing and its content and form are changing. At present covering all fields of economic relations commercial activities has great impacton economic development of the countries all over the world. On the period when global and regional economic integration extendsrelevance between different economic issues ant countires which they exemplify is very significant. The formation of the global internetnetwork development and e-commerce caused sweeping changes both over the world economy and activities of individual companies andenterprises. These changes even sometimes led to refuse some traditional ideas and provisions in economic theory. With the trend ofdevelopment of cross country integration reduction of the volume of world trade during last years proves the urgency of improvement in thisfield. The subject of the presented research article contains economic, institutional, legal mechanisms of regulation of commercial activities inaccordance with the constantly changing demands of the worldeconomy. During scientific research there have been used abstraction, comparison and analysis techniques. Commercial activity of the regulatory processes in the economic activity of enterprises does not only have a great impact on the development of individual institutions' but also sometimes on the economic development of the country. In this regard, the results of research can be used to improve regulatory mechanisms and commercial activities.
