This research aimed to investigate the effect ofpsychological well-being and quality of life andpsychological hardiness oil company employeesshazand Khomeini (Arak)This study is descriptive -correlation was performed. The sample consisted of330 employees Imam shazand Oil RefiningCompany (Arak) who were selected by simplerandom sampling. To do this test to measurepsychological hardiness Yaby Kvbasa (1976),Psychological well-being scale (1994) Quality of LifeQuestionnaire (WHO, 1998) was used.. Therefore,ithas been considered as a good case study in thisfield. First, the effective factors on human resourcespromotion are determined by reviewing the relatedliterature and after that they are prioritized usingFridman's test.The findings of this study showed that,Betweenpsychological well-being and quality of life andpsychological hardiness oil company employeesshazand Khomeini (Arak) there are multiplerelationships.The views of respondents on thepsychological well-being and quality of life andpsychological hardiness oil company employeesshazand Khomeini (Arak) based on demographiccharacteristics (Except for age, marital status andsex) There is a difference.
