Multi-Purpose Hash Algorithm Design

In this paper, we introduce a new hash structure. our suggested hash structure is a general approach for strengthening standard iterative hash structure against multi-collision attack. It is suggested to have a pre-processing step on the input message. In this paper we present a new approach for distinguishing the iterative structure of hash function from a prefect hash function. we also show that our suggested structure has a suitable security against different attacks. this suggested hash structure can be use for the multi-purpose goals similar Digital signature, Message Digest, Passwords Saving, Message Authentication, Random Bits Generation.
