This research is done with the aim of comparing the efficiency and influence of marriage enrichment (TIME-Olson) and quality-of-life improvement program on increasing married females' marital satisfaction ( Time-Olson approach) This is a semi-empirical research with the pre-test , post-test and control groups. The population includes all the married female applicants who wanted to participate in the educational training courses of marriage enrichment and improving the quality of life in the summer of 2014. The samples included 53 married females which were randomly allocated to three experiment and control groups.The measurement tool included Enrich marriage satisfaction questionnaire. There was a meaningful difference in the scores of marital satisfaction for the control group in post-test stage (p<0.05) . The results revealed that the Olson approach and the qualiy-of-life therapy have improved the post-test scores of the experiment group in the fields of marital satisfaction , conflict solving, relatives and friends , relations and equality (p<0.05) . No meaningful differences were observed for the mean scores of the witness group in the post-test stages for the dimensions of idealistic distortion , leisure time , religious orientation , sexual relations and childrearing style (p> 0.05). The findings revealed the usefulness of life quality-based psychotherapy and Olson approach in family interventions.
