The article is presents new approach in problem how the formal representation ( a theory of business transition ) can be used to directing the corporate growth of the business. The proposed here forms of analyses of lifecycles of organizations (the graph of two B-snakes, matrix of links and Dove-diagram) are presenting the different methods of visions of transitions.Contemporary theories of management tend to design some classifications to interpret the rapidly changing organization stages. The concept of lifecycle, according to which the development is a sequence of some organization phases separated by moments of transition. The aim of the present paper is to comprehend a whole range of strategies and to mathematically describe their whole topological image as well as management terms and results using an analysis of a combination or chain of non-alone classical lifecycles.Business management requires an effective account of many proper elements, from strategy and investments up to an estimation of organization adaptability to a possible transition. But, in the majority of works the research was focused on many details of a single lifecycle, only.The present model of business life can serve an effective tool of strategy management of a business allowing a company or corporation to be duly prepared for some transitions to future management which may extend the life of the company or corporation as far as possible and even to infinity , in principle.The work has aimed to design (construction) of common language of strategic estimations and decisions in area of management of ransformation of organizations. Our approach: exact denoted stages of lifecycle, wide vision of possibilities and strategies and collective finding of solutions finally. A planning of management results would be analogous to methods of searching solution by discrete mathematics
