Abstract:

In today's turbulent environment, economic organizations working in different fields are facing difficult conditions for survival. In such a situation to escape from this situation, the move towards new horizons of useful direction for the organization and survival promises, dreams and thinking of their system .The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of human resources outsourcing activities to the private sector in the costs of social security and job creation in the private sector. This research survey and applied research and the implementation of the pre-event / post-event several years before and after outsourcing is assessed has been investigated during the period 1373-1393. Variables in two forms, one monetary and non-monetary costs and benefits of its organization and the employment of outside organizations. Using a sample of 148 senior professionals and managers of social security research was analyzed, the results showed a significant difference between before and after the costs of outsourcing and job creation in the private sector there is In other words, after the outsourcing activities of the staff costs is a significant decrease compared with the outsourcing, the employment outside the organization to provide services to the insured after decreased significantly outsourcing
