Abstract:

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تاثیر رابطه رفتار مدنی سازمانی وهوش هیجانی با درگیری شغلی کارکنان به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان رسمی، پیمانی و قراردادی کمیته امداد و سازمان هلال احمر شهرستان بوشهر بود.که از بین آنها 150 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شد.در این تحقیق برای سنجش رفتار مدنی سازمانی از پرسشنامه پودساکف و همکاران 1990 جهت سنجش هوش هیجانی از مقیاس شوت و همکاران 1998 و نیز از پرسشنامه درگیری شغلی توماس لاداهل وکنجر برای اندازه گیری درگیری شغلی کارکنان استفاده گردید.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی چون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین رفتار مدنی سازمانی و هوش هیجانی با درگیری شغلی کارکنان رابطه مثبت معنیدار وجود دارد. رفتار مدنی سازمانی و هوش هیجانی پیش ببنی کننده معنیدار برای درگیری شغلی میباشد
