In this paper, input-output decoupling strategy bystate feedback in DQ rotating frame is proposed for a singlephaseinverter. Controlling the Single phase inverter in DQrotating frame facilitates controller design; it makes possibleusing control techniques of dc-dc converter. The mathematicalmodel of the single phase inverter in DQ rotating frame hashighly coupling between axes which complicates the controllerdesign. We present decoupling control strategy which decouplesthe mathematical model and converts it to two systems havingtwo poles at the origin. Then, a compensator is inserted in theinputs paths to constitute a standard second order system whosetransient response is easily adjustable. Finally, an adaptivecontroller is implemented to neutralize the effects of anydisturbances on load voltage. The results confirm accuracy andefficiency of the proposed controller.
