خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper a fuzzy controller was designed tocontrol a fractional model of HIV, which models the effect ofanti-retroviral drugs. The controlling tool is the drug’s efficacy.This treatment is based on the density of CD4+T cells in blood,and the goal is keeping these CD4+T cells in maximum rangewith possible minimum efficacy. Some tests that satisfy thecontrolling goal, trained ANFIS ( adaptive neuro-fuzzy inferencesystem), then the result shows the relationship between efficacyand CD4+T cells count. The value of efficacy updates, byvariation of the density of CD4+T cells in blood with mentionedrelationship.it can be seen that the proposed controller canincrease the uninfected immune cells to maximum range for anyorder of derivative.
