this paper demonstrates a new method which could optimize the routing on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with island architecture to have the least interconnecting capacitances. Therefore the power leakage has the minimum value. The proposed method have some similarities to Ants Colony Algorithm (ACO) and by considering the precedence of paths and minimum path between two points and the capacitance of the path, decide about them.
