Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to review the relationship between organizational health and jobsatisfaction and it attempts to review how the dimensions of organizational health, which areinstitutional integrity, initiating structure, consideration, principal influence, resource support, moraleand academic emphasis on job satisfaction. The present research has been an applied research in whichthe correlation method has been used for collecting the descriptive information. The statisticalpopulation of the research includes 550 female teachers of Private schools in Varamin city. Thestatistical volume has been determined to be equal to 226 persons based on the Morgan table who wereselected with the simple randomized sampling method. The tools for gathering data have been Hoy, etal. (OHI) Organizational Health Inventory and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). In thisresearch, in order to analyze the data, the data inferential analysis has been used based on Pearson,Friedman correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. The research findings have shown thatthere is a positive significant relationship between each of the dimensions of organizational health andthe more they increase, job satisfaction also increases. And also various dimensions of organizationalhealth have different effects on the job satisfaction of the teachers
