The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect on risk-taking employees' creativity is the WWC West Azerbaijan province. Therefore, for the purpose of research in the form of descriptive and correlational study was conducted. The research is all employees of WWC West Azerbaijan province. The number of 222 persons. Sampling in this study are randomly selected. The theoretical framework used in this study to be creative and to take risks Torrance theory Final questionnaire (21 questions) Paul (2222). Content validity was used to determine the validity of the method. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, their first in 32 samples run and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for questions and then a questionnaire was carried out in the whole sample. Cronbach alpha coefficient equal to 29.1 creativity and risk-taking of the questionnaire showed high reliability coefficients vary from 29.5 calculated that the questionnaires was mentioned. After collecting the questionnaires, to analyze the data with SPSS software, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. In examining the relationship between creativity and risk-taking, creativity and results showed that the dimensions of the fluid, expansion, innovation and flexibility on risk-taking staff in affected WWC West Azerbaijan province.
