خلاصه مقاله:
In Today‟s global competitive environment, attaining competitive advantage (CA) is a vital concept for a business to survive. To obtain CAs, business model/plan of an organization should be available for monitoring. In this study, we tried to present a framework to monitor organizational business model. Generally, the research methodology was conducted by qualitative approach and case study strategy. To achieve our objectives, we chose anorganization, presented its business model framework, and analyzed it by some significant tools that including: Business Canvas Model, Revenue Resources and Revenue Models, Porter‟s Competitive Model, VRISA Analysis, 7C analysis, Cost Drivers, BS2PE Framework,Familiarity Matrix, Growth-Share Matrix, Value Chain, and Organizational Structure. In closing, we propose some fruitful suggestions and innovations in the business competitive environment to acquire CAs and increase money creation.
