Emotional Intelligence Influence on Leadership

Emotional intelligence has become increasingly popular as a measure for identifying potentially effective leaders, and as a tool for developing effective leadership abilities. However, there is little experimental research that proves the efficiency of emotional intelligence in the leadership. The aim of the present paper was to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and effective leadership, in addition, emotional intelligence may cause for how effective leaders monitor and make them feel at work. The purpose of this article is finding the relationship between the use of emotional Intelligence and leadership Style that may provide itself to the development of more effective leadership training.
