خلاصه مقاله:
In this present research for localization and adaptable Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework two new perspectives (employee affair and environment) are added to the original framework and the propose framework could be considered as a reference for performance evaluation of organization. There is a little literature available for the overall performance evaluation and most of the related researches are put much emphasis on programs/courses assessment. Without a general understanding of past events, there will be no impactful change and improvement. Hence, without the evaluation of performance, there will be no permanent change and improvement in the enhancement of the quality of the universities. Rich measurement information will have a positive and desirable effect on the quality of management decisions
